Where are you located? Do you have a restaurant/storefront?

We do not have a storefront. We work out of a licensed commercial kitchen (commissary) located on Metro Blvd in Fort Myers (Not open to the public)

How many meals will I get?

We will deliver 5 entree sized meals per week. We deliver twice a week. The first three meals are delivered on Monday morning, & the other two meals are delivered on Thursday morning. Everything is prepared the night before delivery, so to ensure optimum freshness.

Do I need to be home to accept delivery?

No. Many of our customers leave out a cooler (with blue ice packs) by the front door. We will leave the food there. We do not supply the cooler or ice. We can also arrange an alternate delivery location (garage fridge for example), or to your work place.

I have a food allergy or diet restriction. Can you accommodate?

We do everything we can to accommodate your dietary needs. Please leave any special instructions in the order notes. Feel free to contact us with any other questions.

Are the containers microwavable/oven safe? Heating instructions?

All the meals are fully prepared and ready to eat. No cooking is needed other than reheating. The containers are microwave safe, but not oven safe. If you wish to reheat in the oven, transfer the meal to an oven safe dish. Reheat times depend on the food, but just allow enough time to warm the food to your liking. Generally 2 mins or so in the microwave, or 10 mins or so in a 350 degree oven.

What is your delivery area? Time of delivery?

We delivery everywhere from Fort Myers to Marco Island, including: Cape Coral, Lehigh Acres, Estero, Bonita Springs, & Naples. We do not offer delivery at this time to Sanibel, Captiva, or North of Cape Coral (Punta Gorda for example).
